NIGERIA; A KILLING FIELD UNDER THE DIRECT SUPERVISION OF AN ARMY GENERAL. – JOHN POFI.

There was a campaign poster during the heated opposition days of the APC depicting Buhari as a general who can tackle physical insecurity and describing his running mate, Prof. Osinbajo as a pastor who tackle same from the spiritual angle in the event the general fails physically.

We all sheepishly and gullibly thought the days of insecurity are over, little did we know that we have voted in a bigot who will supervise the unhindered killing of innocent Nigerians, especially women and children and send many into homelessness in their own ancestral lands.

The recent gruesome and painful of Fatima, her Innocent four kids and more than ten others in Anambra state is due to the failure of the nation, the nation has failed Fatima and her kids and other innocent Northerners who were there doing legitimate business to assist their families.

I stand bold against the inhuman and animalistic act allegedly by IPOB and join the league of activists to seek for justice for innocent Fatima, her unborn child or children.

The killers must be fetched and treated accordingly.

As painful as this death is especially for Fatima’s husband and all of us, I want to make some clarifications that NO human life is more important than another just like we mourned and called for justice for Deborah, some Muslims are now saying we didn’t do much for Fatima, but like in war, no two wars are the same because the killers of Fatima didn’t celebrated it, You didn’t see people jubilating for that murder, that is the difference! If the police arrest the killers nobody will back them.
That in itself is an absolute condemnation of the act.”

While I don’t justify nor support the killing of any human being in any guise but the manner in which each is killed also matter.
If you check the killing of over 30 persons in Kalabalge of Borno state, who went to the bush to fetch fire wood and the killing of 12 or more persons in Jibia, Katsina, the home state of the president, then you will agree with me that this general has failed woefully and the pastor has also failed in his spiritual duty as such the most honourable thing is for them to resign, though resignation is not in the dictionary of our political demons.

I therefore call for justice for Fatima and the innocent Nigerians that were unjustly killed in Anambra and also appeal to Nigerians to sheath their swords because if we continue like this, then, the future will be bleak for all of us.

May this general never leave Nigeria worse than he met it in Jesus mighty name! Amen.
