Haggai Gutap, toady, successfully defended his PhD in Development Economics at the Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna.
This was made public through his friend and a secondary school classmate, Mr. Dankyes Ephraim, who was in attendance. Mr. Dankyes remarks thus,
“I was particularly enthralled with the External Examiner’s comment. He was so impressed with the work that he noted, ‘if there was any grade above A, I would grade the candidate.’
He was sure he’s the owner of the work.”
Dr. Gutap was recently appointed as the Technical Administrative Head of the State COVID-19 Action Recovery and Economic Stimulus (CARES) Coordinating Office.
Until this appointment, Dr. Haggai Gutap was the Director-General of the Plateau State Microfinance Development Agency (PLASMIDA).
